Revenue Estimator

Open any competitor's Etsy listing. The Revenue Estimator auto-loads and estimates their monthly revenue based on their favorites count and reviews. Use it to validate whether a niche is worth entering before you invest time creating products. If a competitor is pulling in strong estimated revenue, that's a signal the market has real demand.

Tag Extractor

On a competitor listing page, Listvana automatically pulls all 13 of their tags. See exactly which keywords they're targeting. For best results, scroll down to the tags section on the Etsy listing page first - this helps Listvana locate and extract the tag data accurately.

Shipping Penalty Alert

Scroll to the shipping section of a competitor listing. Listvana detects their shipping cost and alerts you if it's above Etsy's recommended threshold. This matters because since Etsy's 2026 algorithm update, shipping cost is a direct ranking factor - high shipping costs actively hurt a listing's position in search results. Use this to identify competitors with a ranking weakness you can exploit by offering lower or free shipping.

Competitor Intel

Auto-scrapes key data from any competitor listing the moment you open it: shop name, price, favorites count, review count, star rating, and listing title. At a glance, you can assess exactly how strong their shop is and whether their listing is well-optimized or vulnerable to competition.

AI Review Analyzer

On a competitor listing page, click "Analyze Reviews". The AI reads through their customer reviews and returns a structured analysis covering four areas:

1. What buyers love - recurring praise and delight
2. Common complaints - recurring frustrations or issues
3. Market gaps - things buyers wanted but didn't get
4. Opportunities for you - specific ways to position your product better

Use this to build a product or listing that directly addresses what the market is asking for.

Niche Gap Finder

Go to etsy.com and search for any product (e.g., "ceramic mugs"). On the search results page, open the sidebar and click "🔭 Find Niche Gaps with AI". Listvana scans the top visible listings and uses AI to identify what buyers consistently want but no seller is currently delivering well - giving you a data-backed next product idea to pursue.

Keyword Search Volume

On any Etsy search results page, Listvana estimates the monthly search volume for the keyword you searched and displays trend data alongside it. This tells you whether demand for that keyword is rising, stable, or falling - so you only invest effort in keywords that are actually growing.

CSV Export

Navigate to any competitor's Etsy shop page. Click "Export to CSV" in the Research tab to download all of their visible listings as a spreadsheet file. Ideal for bulk competitor research - open it in Excel or Google Sheets to sort, filter, and analyze their entire catalog offline.

Save Listing / Save Shop

On any competitor listing or shop page, you'll see an orange "Save Listing" or "Save Shop" button at the bottom of the Research tab. Click it to save that listing or shop to your Saved tab for later reference. Useful when you're doing a research session and want to bookmark competitors to revisit without losing track of them.

My Listings

Shows all of your active, draft, and inactive Etsy listings with thumbnails, prices, and status badges. Click "Edit" next to any listing to jump directly to that listing's editor on Etsy. Click "Refresh" to reload your latest listings from Etsy. Requires your Etsy shop to be connected in the Account tab.

Rank Tracker

Track where your listings rank for specific keywords over time. To add a listing to track:

1. Click "+ Track a new keyword"
2. Enter the keyword you want to track (e.g., "personalized wood cutting board")
3. Paste your listing URL
4. Save it - Listvana will check your rank automatically on each visit (AUTO badge)

As you make SEO improvements to your titles and tags, check back here to see your rankings climb over time.

A/B Tester

Test two versions of a listing title to see which performs better in search. To set up a test:

1. Enter Title Version A (your current title)
2. Enter Title Version B (your new title variation)
3. Paste your listing URL
4. Save and let Listvana record rank data for both titles over time

Check back after a few days to see which title is winning - then update your listing accordingly.

AI Reply Generator

Navigate to your Etsy messages or reviews page. The AI automatically detects the customer's message or review text from the page. Then:

1. Select your desired tone: Professional, Friendly, or Apologetic
2. Click "Generate"
3. Get a complete, ready-to-send reply in seconds
4. Copy it and paste it directly into Etsy's reply field

Saves you time on every customer interaction and helps you maintain a consistent, professional tone even during busy periods.

Saved Listings

All competitor listings you've saved via the "Save Listing" button in the Research tab. Displays the listing title, price, shop name, and a direct link back to the listing. Great for building a curated reference list of strong competitors in your niche.

Saved Keywords

Keywords you've saved during your research sessions. A quick-reference list so you always have your most important SEO targets in one place without having to re-run searches.

Saved Shops

Competitor shops you're keeping an eye on, saved via the "Save Shop" button. Useful for monitoring shops you consider direct competitors - revisit them periodically to see what new products they're launching or how their pricing changes.

Ads Optimizer

Navigate to your Etsy Ads dashboard (etsy.com/your/ads). Listvana reads your ad performance data directly from the page and uses AI to generate actionable recommendations:

1. Which listings to keep advertising - strong performers worth scaling
2. Which to pause - listings spending budget without returns
3. Budget adjustments - how to redistribute your ad spend for maximum ROI

Connect Etsy Shop

Link your Etsy shop so Listvana can access your real listing data. Click "Connect Etsy Shop" and follow the Etsy OAuth prompt to authorize access. Required for My Listings, Rank Tracker, A/B Tester, and the listing picker buttons in the popup tools.

Sign Out

Signs you out of your Listvana account on this device. Your saved data, tracked keywords, and settings are preserved and will be waiting when you sign back in.
